Boho Striped Baby Blanket
I was so excited to make this sweet boho baby blanket for an even sweeter friend’s baby girl that made her exciting arrival this week! I’ve said this before, but one of my favorite parts of making things is being able to gift them to people I love. I can’t wait to see a sweet face bundled up in these soft stripes.
This boho baby blanket is made of a sampler of various stitches, changing colors every few rows to stripe with both stitch and color variety. With half double crochet, single crochet, double crochet, V stitch, granny stitch, and starburst stitch, this is a great project for learning or practicing many crochet skills.
To complete this project, you will need to know the following stitches (click on links for video tutorials): sc, hdc, dc, tr, sl knot & ch, sl st
You will also need the following supplies:
5.0 mm (US H) crochet hook [Affiliate Link]
Tapestry Needle [Affiliate Link]
I Love This Cotton Yarn, one skein of each of the following colors: 254 Rosy, 12 Buttercup, 304 Stonewash, 33 Warm Blush, 40 Sage, 220 Spunky [Available at Hobby Lobby]
Final dimensions of the blanket measure approximately 34″ x 38″. If you would like to make the blanket larger, you can choose a starting chain of any number divisible by 8 + 1.
